Suspension or termination of studies


In exceptional cases, and only with authorization from the Head of Continuing Education, it is possible for students to suspend their studies for a maximum of 2 consecutive semesters. During a suspended semester, students are required to pay the corresponding administrative fee.


Requests for termination of studies must be sent by registered post to the Head of Continuing Education by the established deadlines below.


Suspension and termination requests must be submitted by the following semester deadlines:

  • 30 October, for suspending/terminating studies for the spring semester (February – June)
  • 31 March, for suspending/terminating studies for the autumn semester (September – January)
