The Master of Arts SUPSI (double degree) in in Music Pedagogy with specialization in Elementary Music Education and Music Education Teaching for Secondary Level I is a double degree study programme offered jointly by the Conservatorio della Svizzera italiana and the SUPSI Education and Learning Department (DFA) which allows successful students to obtain two diplomas on completion of their studies, one from each institution, qualifying graduates to teach in secondary education throughout Switzerland and in primary school in the Canton of Ticino.

Description, objectives, and structure of the course
The SUPSI Master of Arts (double qualification) in Music Pedagogy usually takes place in 6 semesters and corresponds to a total number of working hours equivalent to 188 ECTS credits.

The Master of Arts in Music Pedagogy is an independent Master's Degree programme under Swiss cooperation in accordance with the Konferenz Musikhochschulen Schweiz KMHS cooperation model.
