CAS Ensemble conducting (contemporary repertoire)

The CAS in Ensemble conducting (Contemporary Repertoire) is aimed at musicians who wish to further their knowledge of the theoretical and practical aspects of conducting contemporary repertoire.

Admission criteria

  • Completion of musical studies (Bachelor, Master or equivalent)
  • Passing an aptitude test
  • A short practical conducting test


The course lasts for 2 semesters and is designed to allow participation by those who, for professional or family reasons, cannot guarantee weekly attendance on site. There are 9 sessions of three days each, mainly at weekends.

Total university credits 10 ECTS.
