The evaluation and assessment of musical performance is central to the career of any
aspiring musician. Valuing and Evaluating Music Performance will bring together leaders in research alongside music educators and performers to foster knowledge exchange and translation between research and musical practice.
The workshop will address three overarching streams within the field:
• Friday, 17 April - Underpinnings of music performance evaluation
• Saturday, 18 April - Criteria, tools, and skills
• Sunday, 19 April - Procedures and contexts

• Students: CHF 100.-
• Students, teachers and staff of CSI pay no registration fee
The registration fees include lunches and attendance at workshop presentations and
English. Abstracts will be available also in Italian.
