Account

Staff and students of the Cosnervatorio della Svizzera italiana (CSI) receive different institutional accounts which may be used in order to access a suite of services. The accounts are assigned as follows:

Account management

► Email CSI

For all institutional communications. All Conservatorio teaching staff, as well as all Pre-College (PRE) and University of Music (SUM) students, are assigned and @conservatorio.ch email account.

Password management, Email CSI

 

► CSI Account

For accessing the school’s IT services. All Conservatorio staff, as well as PRE and SUM students receive this account.

  • Purpose: access to PCs, printers, Asimut, Wi-Fi, and the Electronic attendance register

► SUPSI Account

This account is available for authentication purposes for all SUPSI IT services. All teaching staff and students of the SUM are assigned a SUPSI Account.

  • Purpose: iCorsi, MS Teams, Zoom, Microsoft 365 e Wi-Fi SUPSI (among others)

SUPSI guide for IT resources

 

 

► Email SUPSI

For SUPSI institutional communications and SUPSI system communications. All teaching staff and the SUM student body receive a SUPSI email which automatically forwards messages to the CSI email. For this reason, it is not necessary to manage this account independently.
